There is a hidden secret on the Sky Tee mount from OVL (Skywatcher) that is untold.

Awkward to reach the knobs that adjust latitude and longitude, they are close to the mount and quite a way from the scope.

A simple addition to the mount and available from OVL are their “slow motion cables”.

There are two knobs on each of the controls of the mount, under ONE there is a flat cut out, see image 1, which allows these cables to be fitted.

This not only makes controlling any scope much easier but they make turning the controls easier too and especially when wearing gloves, see images 2-4.
