Hi can anyone help me I'm trying to figer out setting the RA circle to being polar aligning I've found some apps but not sure what time zone I should be useing and dose it mater if the clocks gone back or forward any help would be great full

Greenwich Mean Time - now usually referred to as UT - Universal Time.
BST - British Summer Time needs to be converted to GMT (or UT) when in use.
Most astronomers ignore BST in their records, converting all to UT.
