Hi! I'm new in this forum

I'm looking for people to talk about potentially habitable exoplanets. I'm pretty interested in issues shuch as the amateur use of the radial velocity method to find exoplanets (Tau Bo├Âtis b for example), astrobiology and interstellar space travel. I'm so fascinated by the discovery of Gliese 667 C c and I just can't wait for the confirmation of Tau Ceti e. Is there someone especially interested in these issues?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Regards.

Hi alpha. The possibility of life on exoplanets is a fascinating subject, and the new breed of space and groundbased telescopes that are planned, or already under construction, should go some way to answering the mystery.
It seems a bit peculiar that astronomers describe exoplanets that are, say, twice the size of Earth as being "earth-like". Imagine trying to live in a gravitational field twice its present strength. It would be bad news for back-sufferers!
